I came across this article this morning and was flabbergasted. Why on earth would businesses invest valuable time and resources on social media marketing, and then not analyse results to see if it was working or to see where improvements could be made?
My social media clients receive monthly reports highlighting increases in website traffic or engagement with social media activity. How could I demonstrate that my social media knowledge and experience is benefiting their business without these reports? In many instances, there are increases of 1000’s of percent in terms of website traffic and engagement.
I have very happy customers, these analysis reports give them a warm and fuzzy glow!
